Ingredients:

2 pieces of salmon meat

3 small tomatoes

2 broccoli

Lemon half

Lemon juice and water starch

Preparation:

1. After washing the salmon, marinate with black pepper, salt and lemon juice for a while, then marinate and slice.  

2. Make use of the time for marinating fish to prepare salmon juice. Put the dark soy sauce, oyster sauce and black pepper juice in a small pot, add a little water to a boil, and thicken the starch with water.  

3. Wash the broccoli to control water, cut small tomatoes, slice lemons。

Method:

1. Pour a small amount of oil in the frying pan and heat it up, put in the salmon slices, fry on low heat for about 2 minutes, turn over, fry for 2 minutes and turn off the heat.  

2. Grill the fried fish fillets to the side of the pan, pour the adjusted salmon sauce on the fish fillets, put the broccoli and small tomatoes in the pan, and fry them until they are cooked.

3. Put the salmon, broccoli and small tomatoes on the plate, then put the lemon slices around the plate, squeeze the lemon juice on the fish fillets when eating.
