酥炸金凤鱼

海产先生金风鱼没有泥味,又没鱼骨容易烹煮
切片,切条就随个人喜爱,加些姜汁,少许盐,胡椒粉,花雕酒拌均,再加薯粉抓拌均,最后滴上数滴麻油拌均腌20分钟
把海鲜炸酥粉加水拌成糊,鱼肉沾糊炸熟成金黄色!
配上 Mayonnaise, 一口接一囗吃不停!
