做法⬇
1. 午鱼洗净抹盐静置15分钟,不沾锅中火加一匙油,放入午鱼⋯
2. 鱼入锅煎约1分钟后改转小火续煎至鱼眼睛翻白(鱼肉若比较厚,可盖上锅盖帮助鱼肉中心熟透,但锅盖不要密盖,斜盖留缝隙让蒸汽流出,煎起来的鱼皮较脆)
3. 翻面中火续煎至表皮酥脆即可
4. 食用时挤上柠檬汁或洒些胡椒粉
