剁椒菜脯蒸鳕鱼

‘剁椒菜脯蒸鳕鱼’

材料A

鳕鱼两片

材料B(剁椒料)

红辣椒1-2支(剁碎)
蒜蓉2-4粒
醬青1茶匙
糖半茶匙
芫茜少许(切细)

材料C

菜脯100克
蒜4 粒(剁碎)
糖2 小匙
蒸鱼汁
水150毫升
酱清1 茶匙
魚露1 茶匙
糖2 小匙
黑醬油少许

做法

1)菜脯碎洗淨,挤干水,红辣椒,蒜和芫茜分别剁碎.

2)辣椒料:把剁好的辣椒,蒜,酱青和糖混匀,放入油锅口略炒香, 最后加入剁碎芫茜菜拌勻.

3)菜脯料:烧热锅干锅炒菜脯碎,至香味溢出,捞起.另烧热少许油放入蒜爆香再加入菜脯拌炒,最后加入糖炒均匀即可.

4)鳕鱼洗浄放入蒸盘.烧开水,放入鳕鱼蒸8-10分.,取出把菜脯放在魚片上.

5)把蒸鱼汁用小锅煮滚,淋在鱼边即可
