猪肉碎400g
鱼浆300g
虾滑一包
扁鱼粉一大匙
梅香咸鱼一小片(不喜欢咸鱼,可用一大是虾米碎代替)
蒜头茸一大匙
胡椒粉及鱼露少许
以上材料拌匀打成胶既可
