‘味噌豆腐海帶魚片汤’

石班鱼肉煮了这道简易的味噌豆腐海帶魚片汤

材料

鲜鱼肉400克(切片用少许油或蛋白混均)
嫩豆腐1块
姜片数片
海帶2条(浸软,切片)
味噌2大匙(如一些水调稀)
清水5一6杯
青葱切粒1大匙

做法

1)少许油爆香姜片,加入清水煮滚,加入味噌,豆腐,海帶煮滚。

2)倒入鲜鱼片,调味,汤滚鱼片熟即可熄火,盛起撒下葱花即可趁热享用
