‘班兰叶虾米辣甘望魚’

用甘望鱼加上虾米辣,裹上邦兰叶去烘烤会擦出什么火花,去试试就知道,记得要用有香味的邦兰叶,用大片的叶子更容易裹住鱼

材料

甘望魚4条

虾米辣适量

邦兰叶适量

竹支适量

做法

1)把鱼处理干净后,在鱼背深划一刀剖开

2 )把虾米辣椒料塞入剖开的鱼背

3) 用2-3片班兰把鱼包裹。用牙签或竹支封紧邦兰叶

4)放入气炸锅,鱼身抹些油,180度烘15分钟至鱼熟即可

5)如果没有气炸锅,起锅热油,小火把鱼炸至金黄色
