醋香黑鲳鱼头

1)将黑鲳鱼头抹少许盐煎香后取出。
2)爆香姜片后,加入洋葱炒香再加入少许水。
加1tbs蚝油,黑醋2 tbs, 酱青1tbs, 糖1tsp,胡椒粉,料酒煮沸。
3)加入辣椒。
4)加入鱼头焖片刻,打茨后取出。

注:整条黑鲳,batang 或皂鱼都适合煮这道菜。喜欢醋香,可把黑醋加至3 tbs.
