‘乌达鸡翅膀’

海产先生的乌达也可以做乌达鸡翅膀,无需油炸,用气炸锅来烘至熟,又是一道佳肴

材料A

鸡翅膀10个

乌达一块

调味料B

酱青,姜汁,青葱切段与花雕酒适量。

做法

1)将鸡翅膀切成两段,把中段鸡翅膀去骨,小腿鸡翅膀的黏着骨的肉翻出成小球状

2)鸡肉用少许酱青,姜汁,葱段与花雕酒混合腌20分钟

3)把乌达塞入鸡翅膀后用竹支或牙签封口

4)把酿鸡翅膀摆入汽炸锅,180度约15分钟左右至熟即可
