l)九泥仔稍为清洗沥干后置於盤中(,尽量分开,不要重叠太多只,较容易熟得均匀)
2)洒上少许姜丝,料酒。大火蒸3,4分钟后取出。倒掉蒸sotong水。
3)将港蒸酱煮沸,淋在sotong 上面,再洒上些蒜蓉/蒜油及香葱既可
注:小苏东不能蒸太久,太久过熟不好吃
